Parkour workshop 2025
The Technical Committee in Damascus held a parkour workshop under the supervision of the President of the Syrian Gymnastics Federation, in preparation for the Arab Championship in Jordan and the Bosphorus Championship in Istanbul, with around 25 participants. The lectures were given by Dr. Ruba Al-Faseeh, Ahmad Al-Aqel, and Wissam Al-Abed.
Under the supervision of the President of the Syrian Gymnastics Federation, the Technical Committee in Damascus held a workshop this evening in preparation for the 2nd Arab Championship, which will be held in Jordan at the end of this month, at the Al-Fayhaa Gymnastics Hall.
The workshop was attended by about 25 parkour gymnastics players from Damascus, including those who will participate in the upcoming Bosphorus International Championship in Istanbul at the beginning of next month.
The lecturers in this workshop were Dr. Ruba Al-Faseeh, coach and veteran player Ahmad Al-Aqel, and Arab champion Wissam Al-Abed.
